The Florida Flight has been invited to travel to China for a tour against 8-10 of their professional teams.
​
Due to various scheduling conflicts, some of our current Flight players are unable to take part in the tour, so we're hosting a tryout to recruit 5-6 additional players (and one assistant coach) to join us.
​
Our tour to China is tentatively scheduled for September 20th - October 10th.
​
All participants must have an active passport and will be required to purchase a travel Visa.
​
An open tryout will be held on Saturday, August 4th at:

Tryout is tentatively scheduled for the morning (9am - 1pm).
A 24 Hour Fitness Membership IS NOT A REQUIREMENT!
Competitors will need to sign their waiver form, and are also free to schedule a tour of their state of the art facility, which has been our official training center for the last 5 years.
​
The cost is $65/player. Each participant will also receive an
official reversible Flight practice jersey.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

​- Drills that test respond/react times and
basketball IQ
- Professional-style workouts to test
strength and conditioning
- Evaluation of professional basketball
in-game concepts
- Full court scrimmages that focus on
team play and strategy execution
- Half court scrimmages that focus on
offensive and defensive basketball IQ.
