Ernest Jones - Director of Basketball Operations

Ernest Jones is a Graduate of Florida State University with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology. Originally from
Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. Jones has spent the last 6 years in
Orlando working for the State of Florida in areas of child care
and protection.
Jones has been in the minor league professional basketball
circuit for over 7 years, playing in the USBL, ABA, WBA, and
the PBL. As Director of Basketball Operations, Jones will be
responsible for everything related to the operations of the
Florida Flight, including but not limited to: game and practice
scheduling, player development and selection, basketball
camps and mini-clinics, etc.
