Offensive Explosion Propels Florida Flight to 144-137 Win Over Marietta Storm

(Kissimmee, FL) – The Florida Flight broke open a close game in the second
quarter en route to a 144-137 victory over the Marietta Storm.

The Flight had seven players score in double figures, paced by Dwayne Foreman with 22; Yusuf
Baker with 21; and Willie Irick with 20. Foreman also led the Flight with 14 assists, while Irick
pulled down nine rebounds to lead the team in that category.

Casey Love scored a game-high 37 points to lead Marietta, and Lance Perique also topped the
30-point mark, tallying 33.

Leading by seven after one quarter, the Flight pulled away in the second quarter and led 71-57 at
the break. They extended their lead to 106-85 after three stanzas and led 125-100 at one point in
the fourth quarter.

The Storm continued to play hard and cut the lead to single digits late in the contest, but the
Flight held on, making several clutch free throws to secure the win.
