Orlando, FL - July 16, 2009

The Florida Flight are proud to announce the establishment of partnerships with two local churches
in the Central Florida area: Northland, A Church Distributed and East Orlando Baptist Church.

"Part of our marketing strategy is to target youth groups and churches, especially for our first
year," said Mark King, Co-Founder and President of the team. "We'd like to spend our first year
building a seeker-friendly atmosphere, while at the same time providing an alternative
entertainment option for the Christian population."

Northland, A Church Distributed, has been King's home church since arriving in Orlando in August
of 2005. Innovative in their own right, the church's vision statement is "To see people coming to
Christ and growing in Him as we link local and global communities for ministry and worship
everywhere, every day."

Northland, A Church Distributed, is led by Senior Pastor Dr. Joel C. Hunter, who also serves on the
President's Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships under President Barack
Obama. Based in Longwood, Florida, the mission and vision of Northland is global, with an overall
congregation of 12,000 that worship from four different Central Florida site locations and around the
world via interactive webcasts.

No one has exerted as much excitement about the vision and mission of the Florida Flight as Pastor
David Keyes of Grace Point@the Cross. Celebrating their 50th Anniversary this coming September,
Grace Point knows and understands the needs of the Orlando community as well as anyone. In
response to the established partnership, Pastor Keyes issued this statement on behalf of him and his
church:

"As a pastor and father of four sons, I'm always on the look out for family-friendly entertainment,
and these days it's not always easy to find without paying an arm and a leg. When I heard about the
Florida Flight, a professional basketball team built on the same principles of faith that have made
our nation so great...a nation that has been the source of great blessing and comfort to me
personally, I knew it was something that I could not only support, but recommend to others.

I look forward to seeing the Florida Flight in action both on the court and in the community, making
an impact by demonstrating their God-given talents and by investing their time and efforts to benefit
the people of Orlando. I consider it an honor that we can be part of a unique opportunity to support
the first, unashamedly Christian, professional sports franchise ever...and I can't wait for the Flight
to take off!"

Aside from announcing local church supporters, the upcoming schedule of events is heavy for the
Flight. King will be attending the Premier Basketball League (PBL) National Try-out Combine in
Chicago on August 8, 2009. He will bring with him TCOB (The Cross Over Basketball) Player Ernest
Jones and Andy Haas, both local to the Orlando, Florida area.

In the coming months, plans are already in place for a number of community outreach initiatives. A
proposal for partnership has been sent to Orlando-based House of Hope
(www.houseofhopeorlando.org), a non-denominational, non-profit organization dedicated to helping
troubled teens between the ages of 13-17. King has also been extended an invitation to guest speak
at Teen Challenge (www.tc4hope.org), a North Dakota faith-based residential recovery program for
people battling with drug and alcohol addiction. Plans are also in place to volunteer for future Habitat
for Humanity projects, the annual Orlando Project Homeless Connect, and Harvest of Hope, an
upcoming event sponsored by Christian Help (www.christianhelp.org).

"When we begin finalizing sponsorships for the Flight, I want companies to know that their
investment is not only an ivestment towards a professional basketball team, but also the Central
Florida community!" said King.

The Florida Flight, actively seeking league membership within the PBL, will be strategically
marketed as a professional basketball team with a Christian emphasis and message. The estimated
launch of the Florida Flight is January of 2011. For up-to-date information on the progress, please
